Scope of production
The present invention relates to drainage channels adapted to direct drainage water towards a drain where the drainage channel in the use situation in its bottom part is formed with a bottoming ring, and the drainage channel comprises a shell shape with curved side walls with a first rounding radius and that the side walls of the bottom channel are curved and have a second rounding radius smaller than the first rounding radius.
Background to the creation
In connection with floor drains, e.g. in connection with wet rooms in production areas in slaughterhouses or the like, elongated troughs may be placed in the floor, which has a slope, whereby excess water via the troughs is led to a drain.
With smaller amounts of wastewater, this cannot be passed on by the slope of the channels, and therefore, due to the surface tension of the water, this lies at the bottom of the channels until it is flushed out with larger amounts of wastewater. These smaller amounts of wastewater, e.g. water droplets can remain in the bottom for prolonged periods, which can create limescale deposits in the gutter as they evaporate or bacteria form if the water goes into decay.
WO2010 / 047720 A1 describes a drainage channel. This describes planar sidewalls that meet at sharp corners. At these corners, wastewater can accumulate, which may linger for longer periods and give rise to the problems mentioned above. Although the bottom gutter has a smaller cross-section than the upper body of the drain gutter, it has a flat bottom. On this flat bottom, smaller amounts of wastewater, e.g. water drops, also last for longer periods and therefore also give rise to the problems mentioned above.
In addition, CN 201381548 discloses drainage troughs of the type described in the introduction, describing an oval drainage channel where an upper portion - in the use situation - has a radius of radius greater than the radius of radius of the lower portion of the channel. In this

Purpose of production
One object of the invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, including to provide a drainage channel where water can be avoided at the bottom thereof.
Description of the production
It is obtained according to the present invention with a drainage channel of the type mentioned initially, which is characterized in that the radius of radius is ¼ of the first radius of radius and that the height of the bottom gutter is less than 1/5 of the total height of the drainage gutter.
Thereby a small gutter is formed at the bottom of the drainage channel, where drainage water can be collected independently of the other channel's dimensions. By forming a small bottom edge using the curved side walls, the number of sharp corners can be avoided / minimized. This is especially advantageous as sharp corners are more sensitive to breakage when the drainage gutter is formed by bending sheet material. Further, such sharp corners can slow down water droplets on their way to the bottom edge.
The bottom gutter is smaller than the drain gutter, and thus less drainage water is required in the bottom gutter to guide the drain water towards a drain. The second radius of radius is ¼ of the first radius of radius. This has proven to be an advantageous design to achieve optimum drainage drainage towards a drain. Even smaller amounts of wastewater can now be directed towards a drain, avoiding water in the channels. Likewise, the concave shape will allow sharp edges to be avoided, which may help to collect water at the bottom of the drainage channel and not escape. Likewise, the bottom gutter will not have a flat bottom, which further contributes to the drainage drain being effectively emptied of drainage water.

The height of the bottom gutter is less than 1/5 of the total gutter height of the drain. This has proven to be an advantageous design in relation to obtaining optimum conduction of wastewater against drains.
The drainage channel is particularly suitable for use in wet rooms in production areas of slaughterhouses.
In one embodiment, the drainage channel is made of bent steel plate. This is a simple form of production and also steel has good hygienic properties in relation to subsequent cleaning of the gutters.

Detailed description of the production
FIG. 1A-D illustrate a first embodiment of a drain channel 101 with a bottom channel 107 and where viewed from different angles, and FIG. 1A is a cross-section, FIG. 1B is an oblique view from above; FIG. 1C is a side view, and FIG. 1D is viewed from above.
The drainage trough 101 is arranged to conduct drainage water against a drain, and comprises a curved shell mold 103 with side walls. A bottom 107 is formed at the bottom of the drainage gutter.
The bottom gutter 107 forms a smaller gutter relative to the drain gutter 101, whereby small amounts of drain water can be collected therein and form a relatively large amount of drain water relative to the relatively small or narrow bottom gutter 107 relative to the bottom gutter.
In order to obtain a bottom drain which can collect and conduct even relatively small amounts of drainage water, the drainage channel's concave shell form has sidewalls with a first inclination

Boundary just like drainage can have curved sidewalls with a first rounding radius marked with 105, and the bottom gutter with sidewalls with a second rounding radius marked at 109, which is smaller than the first rounding radius.
The first rounding radius may be approx. 60 mm and the second radius may be 15 mm which is approx. 1/4 of the first rounding radius.
The figure shows that the height 113 of the bottom gutter is considerably smaller than the height 111 of the entire drain gutter.
The drainage channel shown in the figure is made in a bent plate, preferably of steel.
The production is not limited to the embodiments shown in the figures and described above. Other embodiments with other forms of the drainage channel are conceivable within the scope of this invention and the subsequent claims.

Use of a drainage channel (101) as a floor drain in connection with wet rooms in production areas of slaughterhouses or the like, which drainage channel (101) is arranged to direct drainage water towards a drain in which the drainage channel (101) is formed in a bottom part with a bottom bore (107), wherein the drain channel comprises a shell shape with concave sidewalls having a first rounding radius, and the bottom edge side walls being curved and having a second rounding radius smaller than the first rounding radius.
